Before we talked about this as an actual “service” that we offer, we used to get calls from people listing the different things that they wanted us to take off their hands. Then, they would ask questions about which service their needs in that situation would fall under. It would go something like this: I have a fridge, a couch, and a bunch of cardboard boxes and things in the garage that I want to get rid of. Does this fall under appliance and furniture removals or property clean-up? Sometimes we weren’t even sure, so we created this service just to let you know we’ll deal with anything! 

You Deal With Anything, But How Does it Work?

Many people have questions about how we handle pricing or if we have policies about certain items that we won’t take. The way that most of these services work is that you’ll give us a call and let us know you’ve got some junk you need to get rid of. We’ll let you know that we have different size containers to handle the situation. What we usually do is recommend the container that we feel best fits the needs that you’re expressing to us at the time.

How Long in Advance Do I Have to Make a Call?

That really depends on when you need to have something removed. If you’re the one in a hurry because you’re going to host an event and you want to get rid of some junk that you have lying around, then we suggest that you make the call as early as possible. There are instances where we’re going to be able to provide same-day services. Since we have a limited amount of both containers and staff however, this is something that we cannot guarantee.

Do I Have to Gather The Things for You?

We get a lot of questions about this from clients. Many of them want to know if they can get a discount for doing this. First off, you don’t necessarily have to gather things up for us. In most situations, we can’t really equate a discount for something like that. If you line things up for us so that we’re able to get through everything rather quickly, what you will get is a very quick and efficient service. That’s something that you’ll certainly appreciate, as will our crew. What we always advise against, however, is making an effort to lift heavy objects. You’re already booking our services. Let the professionals handle those situations. 

Once Everything’s Off Your Property, You’re No Longer Liable

This is something that we really want to make sure that people don’t lose sight of. One of the major benefits that you get when you work with us or, quite frankly, any junk removal company is that once the junk is off your property, you’re no longer liable. If we go out and dump it in some place where it’s illegal, that’s on us. That’s not what we do, of course, but the point is you won’t have to worry about anything.
