How Long in Advance Do I Have to Make a Call?

That really depends on when you need to have something removed. If you’re the one in a hurry because you’re going to host an event and you want to get rid of some junk that you have lying around, then we suggest that you make the call as early as possible. There are instances where we’re going to be able to provide same-day services. Since we have a limited amount of both containers and staff however, this is something that we cannot guarantee.

 

Do I Have to Gather The Things for You?

We get a lot of questions about this from clients. Many of them want to know if they can get a discount for doing this. First off, you don’t necessarily have to gather things up for us. In most situations, we can’t really equate a discount for something like that. If you line things up for us so that we’re able to get through everything rather quickly, what you will get is a very quick and efficient service. That’s something that you’ll certainly appreciate, as will our crew. What we always advise against, however, is making an effort to lift heavy objects. You’re already booking our services. Once Everything’s Off Your Property, You’re No Longer Liable

This is something that we really want to make sure that people don’t lose sight of.
