Lot clearing is different from yard waste removal in the sense that with yard waste removal, you or someone else has already done the work. All that we’re going to be doing is picking up the waste that is left behind. When it comes to lot clearing, we’re actually going to be the ones going in and removing all of the bushes and junk that’s potentially piled up within the lot. We want to answer some of the more popular questions that we get about this particular service. That way, when you decide to book, you’ll have a clear idea of what it is that we’re going to be able to provide for you in this situation.
How Are These Services Priced?
They are usually priced by the size of the container that we’re going to need to bring along to be able to handle the service. How do we know what size container we need to bring? We’ll ask you about your situation and make recommendations while giving you the prices directly over the phone. Just FYI, the problem with going small is that there’s a chance that all of the junk that you have won’t fit in the container.
Could I Request That You Bring Along More People?
You may be thinking that you want to get all of the junk off of your property as fast as possible. Arguably the best way to be able to do that is to have us bring more people along. That’s another one of those elements that we can certainly discuss before you book the service. We’ve been in this business for a while, so we can give you rather accurate estimates of how long services are going to take.
How Far In Advance Do I Need to Book One Of These Services?
We may be able to tackle your situation on short notice. In reality, that may not be as feasible. Just because when it comes to lot clearing we typically need to bring along more people and a larger container. Since many of these services can, in fact, be planned in advance, we would suggest that you give us a call maybe a week before you need the clearing done. That’s going to allow us to almost certainly guarantee that we’ll be able to accommodate your service. The only reason why we wouldn’t be able to complete it would be if we happen to have a massively booked schedule that particular week.
Will You Remove Everything From the Lot?
One of the main concerns that we know a lot of our potential clients have. In most situations, that’s going to be the case. There could be some unique cases where there’s a metal structure that’s embedded in the ground or something. That could certainly make things much trickier. If we come across something like that, we’ll make an effort to remove it. When it’s not possible, we may be able to point you in the right direction to fix that specific situation. The goal, of course, is always to ensure that we do remove everything.
