These services are usually requested by landlords or tenants who are leaving a property. In many of these situations, particularly with landlords, the person who used to live in a place left there abruptly or just left a mess on the property. It can be really frustrating to have to pick up after someone, particularly if the situation between the parties turns sour at the end. How We Provide This Service

We would argue that these are some of the easiest services for us to “size right,” if you will. What we do in most of our services is that we bring along a container and staff members to go into the house and clean up the property. In these situations, we can ensure that we bring along the right size container and just enough people based on how large the home is and how dirty the former tenant happens to leave it! We’ll be able to give you a quote on the service rather quickly because of what we just mentioned! 

How Long Does It Take to Complete?

This is going to depend on many of the factors that we just mentioned. Are you looking for an emergency service? Let us know if that’s the case when you give us a call. We may be able to bring more manpower to be able to handle the situation quickly. It may especially be important if the property is, in fact, completely trashed. That’s unfortunately not uncommon in our experience. We tend to have to clean up plenty of properties that were left by disgruntled tenants, and we’ve seen a few things along the way. 

Is Cleaning Part of the Service?

We want to be really clear about this situation because it is something that we get asked about quite a bit. What we’ll be able to do is pick up all of the junk that we find, but that won’t necessarily include scrubbing up floors and carpets. How To Know What Size Container To Request

Certainly another one of the big questions that we get. We can help you in that decision process. What we typically want to know is the size of the property in question and a bit of an estimate of how full of junk it might be. That’s going to allow us to make a suggestion on container size. Keep in mind it’s always better to have a larger container that allows you to get everything hauled away in one trip even if the bin doesn’t fill up all the way.
